kthx is an email automation service that connects to your Gmail account, classifies incoming emails using AI, and executes configurable actions (labeling, archiving, notifications, logging, and task creation).
You must sign in with a Google account to use kthx. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You grant kthx permission to access your Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Tasks on your behalf as needed to perform configured actions.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue processing emails.
Subscriptions are billed monthly ($1/month) or annually ($12/year) via Stripe. Each subscription includes 1,000 messages per month. Usage exceeding 1,000 messages is billed at $1 per 1,000 additional messages. Bulk processing of existing emails is available as a one-time $5 purchase for up to 10,000 emails.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your categories and configuration are preserved — you can resubscribe at any time to resume processing.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. kthx depends on third-party services (Google APIs, Stripe) that may experience their own outages. We are not liable for missed or delayed email processing.
Email classification is performed by AI (Google Gemini) and may not be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting your categories and handler configurations. kthx is not liable for actions taken on incorrectly classified emails.
kthx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, pseudosmart.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
